What are your lease terms?

We offer flexible leases for beauty and wellness professionals. Our standard lease is one-year, but are open to other terms depending on the needs of the professional and the availability within our business.

How much does a space cost for lease?

Our suites range start at $175 per week. Each suite cost is based on the square footage.

Do you offer any discounts or signing bonuses?

We offer 5 weeks free for any new contract. We have various referral bonuses. We do not discount our rooms or negotiate pricing. Our space is one of the most luxurious in DFW and we offer competitive pricing on rooms already. We respect boundaries and would never ask for a discount on your services.
